SkoMor SC promotes player development through quality weekly team training sessions and the opportunity to play on multiple teams as allowed by league rules. All players are eligible to ‘play up’ to the next level of competition, in addition to the team they are rostered on. This means that several players, if appropriate, will play on two or three teams. No additional fee is required.
U-8 Team - Development Academy
We are currently accepting Registrations for three U-8 Development Academy Teams.
SkoMor SC offers year round training in the Development Academy. Admission to the Academy is open year round, however rosters fill up fast. Please contact the DOC if you are interested in joining. The U-8 Academy team trains as a team on Tuesdays nights during the fall and spring. Currently training takes place at Lincoln Junior High School is Skokie from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. All Academy Team players may participate in the Future Stars Program for free. Academy team plays in the YSSL U-8 Division.
U-9 Team
We are currently accepting Registrations for two U-9 Teams.
The U-9 team trains as a team on Tuesday and Thursday nights during the fall and spring. Currently training takes place at Lincoln Junior High School is Skokie from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. The team plays in the YSSL U-9 Division.
U-10 Team
SkoMor SC is currently forming a U-10 to start play during the Winter (Indoor League) and during the Spring (outdoor). The outdoor season team training will start at the end of March. The team plays in the YSSL U-10 Division. Please contact the DOC if you are interested in registering.
U-11 Team
We are currently accepting Registrations for one U-11 Team.
